Tami: i have access to rps files on my computer but i've never been able to modify hope
Jon Maddox: you'll need an entire rails environment on your computer to do that
Jon Maddox: the other thing is, i'm not sure you'll even be comfortable editing it
Tami: i guess just include it in your document what your recommendations are for maintaining that site
Jon Maddox: you need a developer in here

Tami: rps changes came in this week so somehow i'm going to have to be able to do stuff
